These things suck! They are so uncomfy and terrible to wear with socks.

In my opinion the insoles definitely give you a couple inches added to your height! Which is amazing! But.... I feel the walking is a little less stable and at times it feels like I am going to twist my ankle. Overall satisfied but have to pay attention and be careful.

Ridiculously uncomfortable and literally make you uneven , plus they barely fit into your shoe! The only way these things would be worth it if they were a lifted shoe and not a half sole ..
