the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was a premium product. The design adds a touch of elegance to my office its easy to make , and it's become the centrepiece of my morning n eveving routine. Brewing coffee is an absolute delight. The machine's speed and efficiency ensure that I can enjoy a rich and flavorful cup of coffee in no time. The variety of coffee pods available allows me to explore and savor different flavors, catering to my ever-changing mood. The user-friendly interface, even for someone like me who is not tech-savvy, ensures a peaceful morning experience. It's also easy to clean, saving me time and effort.

The media could not be loaded. After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product.Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.

Iam a coffee lover and this product is my best purchase till date This coffee machine has made my life easier and full of taste, because of 20 bar pressure it give my espresso such a rich taste and aroma. I always felt tired of frothing my coffee at the end but this has inbuilt froathing tube which serves my coffee with the perfect blend and layers to it as you can see in my video, it even give the option of choosing the portion for my coffee (small or big cup) which help me when i have to take a quick shot before workout and the best part is it has self cleaning option as well. I love the overall performance ease of use the look and durability of this product, its a great buy

Product worked well. However, after a month the foam maker had issues. The service is very poor, no one came for demo/ installation after multiple calls and same is the issue with the current issue. After several calls the technician says he is coming but never shows up. Very poor service wonderchef.

If you want to buy any product of this company, then buy it at your own risk because if there is any problem with it, the company will only give sympathy, not service and even if you call customer care, your complaint will be written just in name but no one will come. Similarly, I have registered 3 complaints in the last one month, out of which no one came to investigate even once. product worked fine for the first 2-3 times only, after that it started having problems with the frother and every time the technician of the company closes the complaint saying that I called but the customer did not pick up the call. Instead of buying the product of this company, it is 100% better to donate your money to some poor person.
