Q: This price is crazy high ? Lowes has it with 2.5 amp battery for $199

I bought my original Kobalt blower with battery from Lowes several years ago. Last year the blower stopped working and was not available at Lowes so just ordered the blower and used my original battery. So if available from Lowes would get it there.

Q: How long must it be charged for? several different answers ? Is there an indicator light ? Thank you

It’s about a 30 minute charge from empty. It glows green when charging and the light goes out when full charged. When running on high speed it’ll last about 40 minutes so I bought an extra battery to keep blowing continuously.

Q: Does this unit have the same Warranty as the same unit sold at Lowes?

No. I found this out the hard way. There is no warranty with this product at all. Lowe's no longer sells any of the Kobalt 80V tools, so any 80v tools you buy will not be bought from Lowe's. Lowe's only honors warranties on stuff they sell. Additionally, because Kobalt is a Lowe's specific brand, all Kobalt warranty claims must go through Lowe's; there is no path through which to deal directly with the manufacturer.
