brackets far from OEM shape
no amount of bending will get these pieces into your 2004 Toyota Tacoma Xtracab but removing the grill gave me the proper angles to drill a couple pilot holes and screw them into the housing

Fell out :(
Fell out on first drive. I wedged them in pretty good, I thought. Wrong :(They clearly state that they’re not OEM.Perhaps one could inspect an original, and bend the little metal tabs to snug up. 🤷♂️♥️♥️♥️

Doesn’t fit.
The tabs weren’t pre-broke. Tabs were over 1/2” out from aligning with the retaining clips.
