love love love! 💙
My dad's birthday is coming up soon and i've been wanting to make him a cake, a really cool unique cake that incoperates things he loves. The main theme is going to be the outdoors because he loves hunting and loves being out in nature then i'm going to make his favorite things out of marzipan (his fav candy) using gel food color to paint them and some fodant. And i'm going to make it part geode cake. The problem I first had was that rock candy is SUPER expensive almost $20 for a few sticks, the second problem is that rock candy is all fairly small. I thought all hope was lost for my part geode cake idea but thank the lord I found this product and company. Not only are the "rocks" the exact size I need and wanted but you get a pound for barely $8. And did I mention that these things are really good? lol I just couldn't help myself had to try a piece 😉Great value, great tasting product and perfect for baking. I can't reccomend this product enough.

Versatile
I needed something that looks like ice for my mint julep designs and this worked perfectly. The pieces are different sizes and taste like rock candy

Gonna try making home made Rock and Rye, Grog and Limoncello
My dad used to make a version of Rock and Rye with cheap whiskey, slices of lemon and orange and rock candy on a string. He also had me drink grog when I had a bad cold. No one seems to sell rock candy on a string anymore. I didn't have a great desire to grow my own sugar crystals so I purchased this 1 lb. bag for experimental use. I'll see how it goes. If it works well, I may purchase a bag of brown sugar crystals to add some color to whatever I brew up. These crystals are not as clear as I think rock candy would be. They have a white powdery sugar coating but shouldn't matter for how I plan to use them.

MAY CAUSE CANCER!! I would not use for cakes and etc!!
This isn't what I thought I was ordering! I didn't see that this contains a chemical that may cause CANCER! How am I supposed to put this on a child's birthday cake?? The bag is cut open because I noticed that while cutting the bag open.

Just what I was looking for
It was just what I needed for a cake I did. It was my first time doing a geode cake. Sorry for the front looking a little smashed, someone must of hit the cake before my picture.

Rather small pieces
The rocks are small and a lot broken into even smaller pieces that it looks like sugar.
