I have been taking these vitamins for 1 month and I have to say they are worth trying. I have more energy and don’t feel sluggish! Very slight vitamin taste , I would recommend.

They are convenient and nicely packed. But I get indigestion after taking the pills. They are somewhat hard to swallow and give me discomfort even after taking them with food and drink.
