Excellent replacement for a miss cut shaft
Excellent replacement. I ordered a new lock and had to cut the shaft as it was too long. I cut it too short so ordered this as a replacement. it worked and did exactly what it should.Easy to install ,good value and looks great.

Sturdy and fits well just need a little trimming off the length on the bar to make a perfect fit

Difficult to find chrome turn and release spindle
We changed our bathroom fittings to chrome, so wanted a chrome turn and release spindle for the changed handle. The price of this item was very reasonable and worked a treat.

Lock was not the colour advertised
The lock was gold/brass whereas the picture was chrome. The product is inaccurate.

Too long , but easy return
I bought this for my 5cm thick bathroom door. ( plus 2cm for handle mechanism)The barrel was too long. Maybe of use to some with tools to shorten it .Fortunately a return and refund was arranged no problem, which I why I like to shop on Amazon.
