This puzzle is a perfect for teaching childbirth classes. I keep all the pieces on a table in the corner of the teaching room. Over time, the parents come to class and work on the puzzle. The puzzle is usually finished by the time we complete a class series.

It's a challenging puzzle but also super fun. Loved the imagery and the content. It would be cool to see more puzzles like this out there. The family loved putting it together and learning about anatomy as we went.

The advertisement is inaccurate. The puzzle is advertised as 500 pieces. It has 488 pieces. That difference is trivial except when one is counting the pieces at the beginning to make sure one has them all. The advertisement says: Item Dimensions LxWxH 2.6 x 8.6 x 10.6 inches and Shape Rectangular. I was unprepared for it to actually be 36" (3 feet) by 24" (2 feet), since I don't have an adequate space to work it. It is also NOT rectangular. The puzzle is in the irregular shape of a pregnant woman, with a border outline.

Beautiful. My daughter hopes to be a Nicu nurse when she gets out of school and she loves it.

It will keep your mind occupied and thinking about where each piece goes next.
