Oishii! Loved these snacks in Japan and glad I finally found a vendor that sells them.

Sometimes hard to find Japanese snacks in smaller towns in the midwest :) I like these, good soy type coating, they are crispy and taste good and the few raw peanuts in them are a nice touch.

This brand has very crunchy peanuts, much like Virginia peanuts. They're from Japan. Much better than Hapi brand which is from US and China.

I had not looked at all the images in the listing when ordering this. I only looked at the main image and while I am very familiar with this rice treat I just didn't recognize it from the image so it was a pleasant surprise when these treats arrived because they are the best. The second image in the listing actually shows what they are. I would have known had I seen the second image so make sure to check that one.The four bags are very decent in size and they can be resealed effortlessly. The bags come in a checkered bag with a drawstring. Given that the bag is red and white, it doesn't need much imagination to reuse it and fill it with Christmas goodies.Regarding nutrition facts and ingredients, the only place to learn about them is in an image on the listing since everything on the bags is written in Japanese.While the ingredients are as clear as can be, the nutrition facts leave me slightly confused. '20 servings per container'. Is that per bag, or total? I must assume total since 20 servings per bag would be so small the wind could blow it away.I can not find a freshness date. I'm sure it's on the bags, but since everything is written in Japanese, I am clueless. I can confirm though that the rice snacks, including the peanuts, taste as fresh as can be.

I love these rice snacks

I wasn't sure what to expect with the rice crackers and peanuts. I love trying new treats from all over the world, so I jumped on these. They are delicious and a great savory, crunchy snack.You know how crunch Gardetto's are? Especially the rye chips? These are that level of crunchy. The package itself had a weird smell (not food-ish at all), but it didn't affect the snacks at all.I used Google Translate to read the ingredients (which are different from what's in the listing photo): Peanuts, starch, rice, soy sauce, palm oil, dextrin, salt, sugar, bonito flakes extract, mirin, vegetable protein hydrolyzate, chili powder, bonito flakes powder, processed starch, seasonings, caramel color, paprika color. The package also says it contains soybeans, almonds, cashews, and walnuts.

Delicious! Each individual package is made for Japanese market based on the label language. It comes with 4 bags of treats inside a checkered "gift bag" and the mailer they're all inside of adds an English nutrition label. Each bag is resealable.Mine tasted very fresh, Best Before: date was 364 days in the future from the day I placed the order.This product does have MSG in it.It's kind of silly that it's advertised as high protein since you'd need 20 to 30 servings to meet a single day's protein needs, and all 4 bags combined only constitutes 20 servings.

These arare rice crackers are a bit more expensive than other arare rice crackers I've tried, but they taste much fresher and have a very pleasant aroma. This brand has a good ratio of rice crackers to peanuts, making it a very enjoyable snack or salad topping.Since the package labels are all in Japanese, there was a sticker in English attached to the outer plastic bag listing the ingredients and nutrition information.The checkered bag can be used as a gift bag or dice pouch.
