Love this Pan!
Really love this pan - it not only looks good but is so awesome to cook with - especially when I cook two burgers. They come out beautifully. Much easier to clean for me then those non stick pans that release chemicals in your food. This is a safer way to cook for sure. Would buy again - well worth it!

Still warped.
We bought this for its seemly good quality make, very good reviews and the square shape seemed good use of the cooking area. HOWEVER, this one seems to be a "lemon" as it warped in the middle, that is has a crowning in the middle where the oils go to the corners. We will attempt to ghreturn it even thou we are past Amzon's 30 day period to do so with out our paying the return postage. We use in only on weekends for pancakes and french toast, so far an would use it for othe items as time goes on. We are stiil impressed with the design and the good reviews others have expereinced and it should be a good qualiny item. We would entertain a replacement as we are with in the manfactures warrantee time. If we do get an exchange, we will gladly update this review.Update, 31 March, 2022, ... Received the new one, and it is the same, with a crown in the middle of the pan. This can be seen on both sides. This causes the oils to roll to the corners making the center dry, and hotter, yielding uneven heat when cooking. See the images where daylight can be seen at the edges of the straight edge on the top (cooking surface) of the pan, and daylight under the straigt edge in the middle on the bottom, showing it is bowed on both sides. This should be flat. It is a shame as the square configuration one would think giving you more surface area for your food to cook. Sadly we will have to return it and look for something else. NOTE: we are cookinng on an induction cook top, but that should not make any difference, the pan should distribute the heat evenly no matter the heat source.Thrid and final review. Sadly this is not only warped where it crates a dome in the center of the pan, it is also twisted, rocing from corner to corner. Maybe it is the five layers rather than the three as most othe pans lik this have. I don't know but we just know it does not work and we were so impressed with its beefy make and good reviews. It is a very goo idea so they just need to get this warping issue addressed.

Very Solid, Heavy Stainless Steel
I bought this to replace my ceramic griddle which had chemical offgassing at high temperatures. When I was browning breaded eggplant the ceramic chemicals had literally burned my eyes and gagged me. It was really worrisome when the gasses burned my eyes! How many chemicals had we been ingesting from cooking on ceramic all these years? We threw away all of our ceramic skillets into the garbage can. So I am changing to good ol' stainless steel that has no coating and no dangerous chemicals. I turned my burner on HIGH and browned my potatoes with NO chemical gasses.This new griddle is very heavy and seems to be good quality... Solid and heavy weight so its not going to warp or bend. However, they should make the handle curved and ergonomic. The handle is too straight for comfort. I prefer erogonomic handles. So I rated this griddle a "4" out of "5." The important thing is that I can now cook at high temperatures with no chemical offgassing.

Handle stays cool- its wonderful
The handle is sturdy and stays cool during use on the stovetop. It’s flat and not concaved or uneven like other reviewers mentioned, it’s VERY thick and therefore heavy (which I like). If you pre-heat a stainless pain properly, it will allow your food to be non-stick. I basically know my food is done on one side because it will be easy to lift/flip it. I don’t use anything that could scratch my pans so I’m not able to speak on scratch resistance but I know that the bottoms of stainless pains can be ruined from sliding them on stovetops versus sitting them down. Something to keep in mind! There’s no warping for me! I have had that happen when I’ve used a crappier and thinner stainless steel. Not this pan. It’s beautifully made and if you take care of it, it’ll last!
