This is a very handy tool to make changing scales on your Benchmade knife a breeze! I honestly do not think I would have gotten through my first attempt without this tool.

If you own a benchmade with an axis lock, you need this tool. It makes take down and putting back together a breeze.

If you are taking apart and reassembling a Benchmade Bugout you NEED this tool. Is it expensive for what it is? Yes. But I get it, there’s a very limited market for this item and they paid for all the development, tooling, etc so yea, it’s going to cost a little more. And believe me when I say it’s worth it. I spent over two hours trying to get my Bugout put back together without this tool, before giving up and ordering it. Once it arrived, my knife was back together in 15 minutes. Worth. Every. Penny.

Makes swapping scales a breeze!

Well it’s definitely something to work with difficult being best way to describe. It was as difficult as just a small screwdriver on my 940s. Also not trying to pay the hundreds of dollars for a tool to work on knives that were expensive.

If you’re working with an Axis pivot for maintenance or to change your grip scales, this will make your life easier. Great value for the intended purpose.
