BrooksMen’s Ghost Max Cushion Neutral Running & Walking Shoe

I bought these for my 75-year old husband and he absolutely loves them. He likes that the toe box is wide so that his toes don't hurt after he goes walking. They provide great support for his feet and legs and they look nice too. When the time comes to replace them, I will be buying these for him again.

I can’t express how comfortable these shoes are! I recently started walking more to be more active, and after browsing Amazon, these caught my attention. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did!From the moment I put them on, the comfort was noticeable. The cushioning makes a huge difference compared to my previous shoes, and walking feels much more enjoyable. I’ve only been using them for a week, so time will tell how well they hold up, but if the durability matches the comfort, I’ll be very happy!As for sizing, I found them to run true to size. I wear a US 8.5, and they fit perfectly. I did see some mixed reviews about sizing, but I’m glad I went with my usual size.Overall, I’ll definitely be putting these shoes to good use, and Brooks will be high on my list for future walking shoe purchases!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They are very cushy and have a "rock" to them, but you get used to it very quick and they become quite comfortable. Was able to get them at a good price and they serve me well so far as both daily walkers and running shoes.

I’ve never had a shoe this comfortable. It really does feel like I’m walking on marshmallows. They fit me very well and don’t crowd. They have an easy bend during runs and they have some great colors too.

Nice shoe, great cushioning., while not being unstable. They are quite large for me in the toe area.Brooks is a great brand and make excellent shoes, but the size from model to model seems to vary. Cushioned shoes seem to run about half a size larger than other styles. I bought some ankle pads for the rear wall of the shoe and wear thicker socks and they fit nicely now. I would give 5 stars if not for the sizing issue.

Great shoes for jogging and walking long distances. Order your normal size of running shoe. Better than Hoka and way more affordable! Well constructed and easy to put on and take off.

Disclaimer...I wear these shoes for walking, not running....Lightweight, very comfortable, and the cushioning might be the best of any pair of shoes I've ever owned, and I'm 54 so I've worn a LOT of shoes. I have a normal/neutral arch and I have a normal width foot in the mid and heel, but the ball of my feet is fairly wide. These shoes have a nice wide toe-box without having to order a wide width shoe. Typically wide sized shoes have too much heel slippage for me, but these do not.These run true to size compared to other name-brand competitors.

You could run in these, but I choose them for walking, and they are super comfortable and supportive. I have another pair of Brooks, which are of excellent quality. They look great also, and I will probably end up jogging in this. I am mature, so stability when walking is essential, and these do the job perfectly.
