Specific fault
This specific computer was faulty although it said it was refurbished as new. There is a hardware problem with the built in camera. Apple was able to inform me that it was a fault that had been reported to them three months before I purchased the item. It was a difficult and long process but eventually Amazon made good on their guarantee and I got my money back and bought a new computer directly from Apple which is working fine.

Excellent product!
I purchased a MacBook Air and it it wonderful. However, the charging cable has a bad crimp in it and it doesn't seem charge for a long time and if I bump the cable, it stops charging. I have reached out to vendor and have not received any feedback. I really want to give a better rating but since I have not heard back I want others to be careful buying from the vendor if they don't respond.Update (08/07/2024) - I received a message from the vendor stating they would send me an charging cable immediately. I juse received the cable and now I have a fully working product. I am very happy with the this MacBook Air M2 and I am very happy with the service and support I received.

AMAZING
The media could not be loaded. i loveeeeeeeeee everything it’s up to date on the macos i only found 2 small tiny scratches but other then that everything else is amazing the size is perfect the weight is like a feather and everything about it is so much better then my old 2012 mac

Great, but they come w a defective charger
It's just the charger it came with won't charge the Mac. Otherwise all good.

Charger Doesn’t Work
The laptop itself is really nice. Looks like perfect condition. However, the charger doesn’t work. At all. Cube looks like it has been destroyed but isn’t even big enough voltage to charge a laptop! When I changed cubes, the charger still didn’t work. Fortunately my husband had an extra Pro charger, but I should get a replacement for free! Not paying this much to get the wrong/not working charger. And then have to buy one separately? Lame. If you’re paying this much, refurbished or not, they better give you working/correct chargers!

Excellent condition, no visible physical details and with 97% battery which is excellent. Good screen resolution, everything works and it is perfect. Took about a week to receive but in excellent condition.
