These silicone trays make cleanup simple. The solid one works great to make your own fruit rollups as well as things such as minced garlic and minced onions. They would fall through the holes on the other trays when they begin to shrink during the process .The other trays with the holes are perfect to allow ventilation for jerky as well as dehydrating fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery and potatoes from your garden. They rehydrate perfectly in soups & stew.I also dried the tomato seeds & skins. Once dried I ran them through the blender until they became powder. When I need tomatoes paste I use equal amounts of the powder with water to make my own paste. I made other versions with added jalepeno & onions which works wonderfully in chili.The possibilities are endless with these trays. It has helped bring our grocery bill down this past winter. What I don’t can, I dehydrate, which left very little waste from the garden.I used them throughout last summer and they held up well. They stayed flexible and didn’t seem to stain. You definitely get your money’s worth.

These are sturdy and hold the liquid/gel well. I put them on the rack, fill, and then put the rack in the dehydrator. Once finished in the dehydrator the trays are flexible and release the fruit leather easily. I put a sheet of parchment paper over the finished fruit leather (after it is completely cooled) and flip the whole tray upside down on the parchment, then easily remove the tray. Then you can roll the fruit leather up in the parchment and cut it. Ends up like fruit roll ups.These cannot go in the dishwasher but any little bits left in the tray are easily rinsed off and then I put them back in the dehydrator rack to dry.If you plan on making large batches of fruit leather these are great!

These are an absolutely perfect fit for my Excaliber 8 Tray Select (French Door) Digital Dehydrator! I was making do with silicone mesh sheets I had cut down from material I had left over from another cabinet dehydrator, and using the slightly oversized silicone trays from that dehydrator. However, neither were ideal, so I kept on looking, and am so glad I did. These are exactly what I needed: eight of each type of exactly the right size to make maximum use of each tray without making it difficult to slide them in and out. So now I can stop looking, and just concentrate on enjoying this brilliant dehydrator.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

These are wonderful and work great with my dehydrator. I can dehydrate vegetable stock and created into a powder so I can use it on the go.

As advertised. Much easier to clean than the wire trays. I just have to count on them being made of good silicone and not contaminating the food being dehydrated. I did lower the temperature and extended the drying time as much as possible.

I decided to make dog treats for my dogs. The trays are exactly what was needed. I can line them with parchment paper and ready to go! The size is perfect! It works great in my new dehydrator! Dogs loved my first home made treats!! It is great quality, durable, easy to wash. Love them👍

I got these for my dehydrator and absolutely love them. They are easy to clean and work well for making beef jerky and dried fruit.
