It's okay.The trimmer is super awkward to use. I'd recommend getting a different razor if you're buying it for that.The epilator only has the shaving head and no epilator head. It does not hurt at all if you exfoliate and take a warm shower. I haven't tried otherwise, but if you at least do that, there's 0 pain (from my experience, tolerance varies, obviously).I got this because it was an epilator for men, and I, too, would like a long-lasting shave. However, 3-4 days in, I'm already seeing stubble growth. The amount of effort needed, with repeated passes and pressing the epilator hard into your skin, is far from ideal. I was in the shower for over an hour just shaving my legs, and it wasn't even to perfection. You might be better off just getting a $40 women's epilator and dealing with the pink coating.
