I measured the circumstance of the injury and it’s 6”. Small size goes to 6”, large size starts at 6”. What size is best for my dog?

I didn’t measure my dog, but he is considered a large to a medium. It seems like these kind of run big. I wouldn’t get them too big, either because even when they’re securely on, you’ll see some slippage. Anything with Velcro, that’s just naturally what happens. It’s going to slide a little bit.
