I have noticed my knee clicks less after consistently taking this for around 1.5 weeks, it's easy to swallow since the gel capsules are so tiny, and it's vegan so no worries about dietary requirements.

Well its been days now and the product has not had any effect on my gout. Have had to order another product. G-out at over £22 has been a complete waste of money
