Was a really good underblanket, got almost done four month's of use before it died.

It works well but it seems small for the size as there is more than 15cm either side that is not covered.

Blanket is ideal for the winter months ,it does what it says it does.

Update: this item only worked for 3 months - and then it died. Not recommended.Original review: This under blanket seems ludicrously small. I bought it for my son who sleeps on a “small double” or “three quarter size” bed. I bought the double size, but it sits in the middle of the mattress like a picnic patch with acres of unheated space all round. If it had been on a full-size double bed it would have been laughable. The fitting and securing instructions are virtually useless. The diagrams are completely useless. We got the thing secured by trial and error. The diagrams didn’t even clearly indicate wether it should be fitted horizontally or vertically (it isn’t square - more rectangular). When we finally wrestled the last tie into place (the ties are not really sufficiently long to pass easily under the middle of the mattress - and remember, this wasn’t a full sized double mattress). I’m genuinely dreading having to take it off for washing. The flimsy ties are unlikely to withstand repeated untying, washing and retying. Having said all that, it does heat up fairly quickly and my son tells me it makes his bed lovely and cosy.

Have found this electric blanket to become extremely uncomfortable after regular use .The quality is quite good but the wiring protrudes after a while.When switched off the heat drops dramatically and you’re soon back to square oneThe size is very fine line and would not buy the same size again

This double electric blanket is extremely good. It has terrific warming abilities, just what we need in this snowy weather. Any one who is looking for one give this a try.
