Bought it for my dad. It does all that he needs. Great connectivity, easy for him to use, battery has lasted since I bought the phone for him.

Was not in working order #4 key would not bring up letters returned

Nice phone
Somewhat surprised that it didn't have a speaker for hands free conversations. Battery use is about 10% a day with light use (standby). Which is very nice. Still working through the menus looking for a speaker on/off
