A must have for diabetics! Wether you inject insulin, or use Omnipod or some other pump, this product keeps your vials clean (alcohol prep cleaning of top of vial still recommended regardless). There's nothing worse than dirt, dust and debris in the top of a vial during repeated use and this is one of or the only silicone anti break vial covers with an ATTACHED cap. Great design and was well thought out with the user in mind. Nice product. Just wish it was available in more colors like PINK! 😅

Once you’ve felt the sharp pain in your heart and wallet that comes after dropping a vial of insulin on the floor while getting the medication into or out of the refrigerator, you’ll probably gain an appreciation for vial protectors. I did not know that these bottle protectors existed until after I had dropped a bottle of my cat’s insulin. (Insulin bottles of the 10 ml variety seem to come in short and taller sizes. I have one of each.) This vial protector is designed for short bottles, but because its cap is stretchy and attached to the cover, I was able to tug it far enough to just barely cover the taller bottle. Note that this leaves the shoulders of the vile exposed. It’s far better than nothing, just be aware that you may need to look for vial protectors designed specifically for short bottles.I like the elasticity of the material.I like the blue and white color.I like that you get a set of two.Recommended. (Just check your bottle height.)

I had never thought to search for this type of item before but I’m glad I found it! Our dog is a diabetic and over the last year, we’ve broken two bottles on their way to/from the fridge. They’re expensive and if on the weekend, impossible to replace. This little protector is giving us peace of mind that if we do accidentally drop a vial, it hopefully won’t break. We haven’t fully tested it but when we have an empty vial, we’ll drop it a few times to see how it does. This is a great little item and is well worth the price!

What a great way to help keep vials safe. They fit wonderfully and I like that I have something to cover them. I’ve always wondered about a way of covering them other than just the boxes.
