I used this item to take the Video out from My high resolution cctv NVR And input it too My other cctv DVR as a channel. That way, I can view All my cameras On 1 Preview screen In an app And my Primary Security camera system is Not accessible To hackers, thieves, or perverts.I'm not sure why there are so few choices Of items such as this but it doesn't matter because this 1 did the job and I'm very happy. Highly recommended.

No longer outputting to VGA and now there are lines across the analog BNC output. There does not appear to be an option to return or warranty on the item any longer as its been 30 days.

I purchased this device to convert VGA to s-video for an old CRT TV. This box just outputs rolling black and white video. I spent several hours troubleshooting and trying to adjust the resolution. None of that matters when the device doesn't convert properly. There are no settings to adjust between PAL and NTSC either. So it could be stuck in PAL mode, but you can't change it.I double-checked by hooking the VGA output to a monitor. The menu button doesn't actually do anything.

There is nothing close to HD quality picture about this product.VGA connection to monitor is standard picture and BNC connection via coaxial cable to TV is producing only black and white picture. I had to return item back to seller.
