Decided on this diffuser as it had a remote control as I was going to use it in my bedroom. Actual diffuser is ok but after only three weeks the remote has stopped working, even tried new battery. I suppose you get what you pay for.UPDATE: I have been contacted by the seller who was most apologetic and offered a solution to the issue I had. It has now been rectified and I am extremely happy with the diffuser and the prompt service I received that is why I have amended my original 3 stars to 5

purchased this diffuser with high hopes, as it advertised a 300 ml capacity which seemed perfect for my needs. However, upon receiving and using it, I quickly discovered that it only holds 200 ml, which was the first red flag.This misleading advertisement was incredibly frustrating.The product description clearly states a 300 ml capacity, but in reality, it can only hold 200 ml.This discrepancy is not just a minor issue; it completely affects the usability of the diffuser, as I have to refill it more frequently than expected.To make matters worse, the diffuser stopped working after just 4 weeks of use. It began malfunctioning, and eventually, it wouldn't turn on at all. Given the price, I expected much better quality and durability. This is unacceptable for a product that's supposed to last longer and provide consistent performance.The most upsetting part of this whole experience was dealing with the return process on Amazon. since it stop working after 30 days nad there is no way to return the faulty product.The seller Customer service was none existing and there is no way to get a refund or a replacement.Overall, this diffuser has been a huge disappointment. The misleading capacity, poor build quality, and the frustrating return experience have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and accurately described diffuser.

These are great when you get a good working one. Unfortunately my first one was as dead as a dodo! However, I decided to persevere and ask for a replacement. I'm pleased that I did. The next one worked perfectly and it is so good with essential oils. Mine does not leak, however since the idea is to put water vapour into the air the water will settle on surfaces. I stood mine on a little tray next to my bed and noticed some water had collected on the tray. This isn't a big problem, just something to be aware of with diffusers. There are two mist levels. I like it on high. It looks nice the way it flows out and can be quite meditative. It does hum a little, but not enough to disturb sleep. I don't know how long it will last. It looks like a very simple design and I can't see what there is that could go wrong, although I noticed in the reviews, that like me other people had bought them and found them to be faulty. I am happy with mine. I really like the light change function. Using the little remote included you can change from red, green, mauve, pink, and white. I used a few drops of essential oil Melissa in mine. Very relaxing and smells great.

Update from my last review about false timing. The timing is indeed 8 hours minimum running time but it must be set to the continuous mist mode which I think mines wasn't for the first time but I corrected it thanks to the seller for reaching out and I'm very happy and satisfied. Beautiful night light, love how the mist sprays out with the oil scent. Love that it comes with a remote control.
