Excellent service the Parma Ham arrived on the due day in perfect condition this prosciutto is really good if you have a slicer it is moist salty/sweet just as it should far superior to supermarket pre- sliced in a packet. I highly recommend it .

I bought this product before and was excellent. I repeated the order now expecting the same quality. It is NOT. It has even some fabric inside and the strings are not pleasant. All in all the product is not a Parma and not the Parma quality i bought before. I want a refund. and they can come to take this one back. I am an old lady and i am closed at home as I am more vulnerable to the C-19 due to my age. Very disappointed ! Please refund my money and tell me what you want done with this. I will buy from the former supplier. f you want to impersonate the quality of Parma, at least the minimum you can do is to get better quality. Shame on you !
