Great slicer for domestic or light commercial
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use primarily for slicing gammon joints for sandwich ham, and for this the sharp blade works great, then when I saw it came with a serrated blade I dusted off the old bread maker and set it going, now I use it daily for bread, and its perfect! takes no time at all and I get even, consistent slices every time, I've taken to cleaning it by turning the unit on and holding the cloth to it, then the other side and repeat for drying, that way I never risk washing the grease off of the mechanism or cutting my cloths up on the sharp blade.the suction pads are a great way of keeping it steady and the plastic guard keeps fingers away from the business end!

Easy to use and clean
Does the required job. The blade is sharp and it can be easily cleaned as is all the other parts.I spray the slider with one cal for a smooth return. Easy to use

It does exactly what it says it will do.
Does exactly what its meant to do...slice meats. I've only tried it on cooked meats, and its great. I have two blades but i couldn't figure how we are meant to select the correct blade. I tried both and they both work on cooked ham and beef. Regarding cleaning, it wipes down easily enough but little pieces of meat can get embedded in the crevices and its not possible to pull it all apart. Still delighted with it and would recommended it. It has a great price point for an effective home tool if you want to cook your own meats and serve thinly sliced, rather than what is possible with a knife.

Way more useful than expected
The media could not be loaded. Way better than expected. It's extremely useful for a home scenario and easy to setup and use, 2 minutes after opening and was ready to use. I bought it because my local Lidl has been selling prosciutto chunks for 10 quid a kilo instead of a 100. After reading the reviews wasn't completely sure this machine was gonna be up to the task and wifey actually tried to turn me down. It runs surprisingly slow, I used commercial cutters before and I wasn't expecting it to run this slow. Straight disk is a bit blunt so you have to move with a bit of care to not rip the meat apart. The gauge on the back has a scale, don't trust it, but you can see how much blade is exposed, trust your sight. It's not easy to clean, bits go everywhere. That said, I'm not running a deli shop so using it once a week or fortnightly won't bother me. Be mindful, it has a bit of a smell after running for some minutes, it's smell of an electric engine, hope it lasts. It was a bit hard making the video with one hand and cutting with the other.

It's affordable
The slicer is affordable but the ergonomics are poorly executed. The slider gets stuck so I had to oil the track bar so it could glide smoothly. The blades are too blunt. There is a big gap between the blade and a slider so it won't allow you to make those extra few slices as the ham will drop into it. Also the thickness regulation is too narrow, if you slice the soft and fluffy bread it just rips and is too thin to butter. For what it's worth the blades are easy to swap, it's cheap enough and does the job if you're living alone and only use it for yourself. If you have a bigger family or a big household, you'd really want to chip in an extra few bob and upgrade to something more professional/industrial.

Sturdy
I've been looking at getting one of these for a while but was put off with people saying the blades bend so don't do a clean cut. Decided on this one and have to say the two blade it comes with are very sturdy with zero bend and do a really great cut with no wobble 5*
