Thes supplements are real nice and small making them easy to swallow. They can be a little dry which might make them difficult but I find due to thier softness and lack of coating they start to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing which helps them go down.They come in a handy bottle to keep them fresh and have easy access so you don't need to pop them out of a packet all the time just tip onto your hand.I have noticed a remarked improvement in my mental and physical fatigue levels since I have been taking these alongside iron as I can sometimes get a little aneamic and find these really help get on with the day.

B12 is now recognised as a problem for some over 55s so it is worth taking for health reasons, especially if you are vegan. This pack is B12 of the natural variety and so is better than the artificial B12 that is also available. I’ve been taking Vitamin B for a while but I recently read that B12 is the very best of the B vitamins for helping with tiredness and fatigue and as I’ve been having energy problems that’s now my vitamin of choice. These tablets are small, pinkish in colour, and very easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste. I’m feeling slightly more energetic and although it’s early days I’m quite sure they’re helping.

I genuinely believe they work so I've been taking them daily for about a month. I'm a lethargic person and struggle to stay awake for long periods of time however since consistently taking these, I've been able to stay awake for a few more hours before needing to sleep again. If I could change anything it'd be to make the tablets a little bigger but either way I don't mind

Easy to swallow, good to help with giving you energy, definitely helps improve on mentality, and helping your body, not sure if it helps with sleep as I exhaust my body and mind on a daily basis. Worth it.

I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system....This is a good value supplement... You hey will over a years supply so more than enough to gauge if its working for you...I like the fact it's UK made...Worth trying especially if your getting older or lead a active lifestyle...

I been taking these tablets for several months and found hem excellent in preventing tiredness and fatigue. I wouldn't be without them.

These are good Vitamin B12 tables. They are a reasonable size - certainly smaller than some, and easy to swallow. They have no discernible taste. Happily you only need one tablet per day so this supply should last over a year.my wife takes Vitamin B12 daily and tells me these are very good to take
