I absolutely love these. This will be very therapeutic and a beautiful way to not only enjoy being able to color, but a way to express our feelings of everyday emotions through colors. Life can be overwhelming at times, we are either faced with traumas, grief or just the simple feelings of life and what better way than to express it in an artistic way. These coloring books are brilliant and I’m definitely looking forward to them and sharing my progress through pictures. 🎨

These books are beautifully detailed and very raw & real with how they represent different aspects of mental illness. As a therapist, these are extremely helpful to use in sessions to help clients gain insight into how they feel when they may not have the words for it. Highly recommended!

This is such a great coloring book. It depicts such a range of mental conditions that we sometimes can't quite put into words. Coloring an image that relates to a thought or emotion is very therapeutic. Highly recommend!
