Compact, powerful, quiet
Purchased at favourable price during prime day, this little SFF (small form factor) desktop pc is smaller than I thought it would be, having previously purchased a Lenovo Ideacentre desktop a year ago. It measures approx H 27cm x W10cm x D29cm ..plus some depth for the rear cables. What's inside:Compact, nearly silent unless under heavy load/demanding tasks, a propriatary looking mini ITX style motherboard with a custom power supply with 6 pin / 4 pin connectors, comes with 12th gen Intel i5 12400 cpu, 16GB ram (2 x 8GB Samsung sticks of PC4 3200), 512GB Intel nvme SSD (looks like a gen 3x4 INTEL SSDPEKNU512GZL that is probably same as intel 670p QLC drive) and an intel wifi ax6 m2 wifi card that looks like model AX201NGW with two internal antennas. There is a space for a 2.5" SSD / hard drive and it has the necessary sata and power cable already to be use. There is an internal slot for a slim DVD drive along with power/sata cable BUT the front facia does not have necessary slot cut out so the front panel can't allow the drive to poke through (some versions of this would have a different front facia I assume) - so really you need an external CD/DVD usb drive which are easy / cheap to source. The motherboard does NOT have any PCI-E expansion sockets so although the rear case has 2 removable half height covers, the motherboard does not have the necessary slots to accept any cards such as small graphics card, wifi or other expansion card.Windows 11 home preinstalled, once you set it up, uninstall the terrible McAfee antivirus software and a few other bits of crud that are preinstalled (there's not too much though) the PC boots very quickly and functions well, as you'd expect with this powerful cpu and decent memory/ssd.So for home / office use, this is probably ideal, powerful for the average user as long as you don't want to play demanding graphical games, this should be fine. The very limited expansion options do limit the future upgrade options should that be of interest.

Windows 12 not for the elderly !
I'm 81 & I found that I am not keeping up with technology, Lets hope windows 10 continues for a wee while longer !

Fast, efficient and good value.
I Had to return a Dell PC because it just wouldn’t play videos after hours of manufacturer and Microsoft support. This PC worked immediately with no issues and remains fast after months of use. A bargain.

Computer fine but serial and details didn’t match up
Bit of a strange one- got 2 of these and both had different serial numbers on the outer cardboard boxes compared to what was embedded on the computers. There was also a difference specification sticker on bother outer boxes and warranties had also expired. Came to an agreement with the Marketplace seller though as computers were definitely brand new unused. Weird though
