Perfectly fit for kids
I bought it for my kids, the size of the cuff is perfectly fit for 3 and 6 year kids.I have cutted down one inch below of existing and plugged the kids vice versa adults cuffs, this method is working fine. I attached the pics for reference.

Fits Omron Devices, Very Different Reading Eveytime
Fits Omron devices, though not a snug fit. A widely different reading comes every time. So I would need to wait for a cuff of Omron made to be available to get accurate results or buy a new Philips BP Machine set.
