I bought this game as a stocking stuffer because we have game nights all the time and we love Groot!! However, we did not enjoy it very much. Rules are simple enough but I would suggest it for kids and not adults. Unless you are an avid fan of the movies, there is not much to this game. After our first play, we started making up our own rules to make it more challenging and fun... but what's the point of that? We just rather play other games.I still gave it 2 stars since it was really cheap and, well, it is Groot after all.

This game is alright. It is pretty much charades but you throw in "I am Groot" and have a bit of a "loot grabbing" action involved. You need at least three players to play, so keep that in mind when ordering. The prompts are pretty fun and you definitely can enjoy it if you are playing with the right people. I'm not going to say this is my new favorite game, but I would have no issue pulling it out at a party if I felt the setting and group was right for it. IT is a good game to have in your collection for a family game night, and it does not run too long (depending on how you choose to play it). All in all, this is not a bad purchase if you are looking for a new game!

This Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy game was a great addition to my rainy day game board selection. A group of up to 7 can play and game time is usually 15-20 minutes making it great for 5th graders. The instructions are easy to follow. Students greatly enjoyed playing and it is one of the first games to be selected during rainy days. It would make a great addition to any game board collection.

This is a charades board game. It says it's for ages 10 & up. I was really excited to play when I first saw it... a GROOT GAME OF CHARADES?! Unfortunately, it's kind of underwhelming to me. I don't know if it's because I'm having a hard time understanding the rules of play or if the game is just trying too hard to be cool. There's very little to this board game,too. 2 decks of Guardian Of The Galaxy cards to act out the pictures for the participants, and a slew of extra directions for... idk. Again, maybe I'm just not understanding the play rules, but the game is not for me. It may be better suited for those who play D&D or WOW.

This game is fun to play once you get the hang of it. We found the directions a little confusing at first, but figured it out and enjoyed the play.I will say that if you are not fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, it probably will have limited appeal.While there is some re-play ability with the variations, I do worry that over time it would be less challenging and fun to play with the same group of people.
