Perfect for patio
Absolutely perfect. We installed it outside on our patio. Easy installation. Its actually reasonable sound not loud at all especially when you're u're playing music. The fan is pretty strong and can feel it really well at the very end of our 20 ft distance patio. Definitely recommend.

Great for outside use.
I installed this on my dock and it has been very nice especially in the summer heat. Easy to install and use. It moves a very adequate amount of air to keep us cool outside, and appropriate noise for the amount of air volume. I would recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for
We bought this fan to replace another brand that died in less than a year. It’s a little smaller in diameter but works much better than the other. We have not had an issue with the noise-it is pretty quiet on the low setting and on high, it’s kind of loud but not distracting. Would buy this again if needed

Good fan, but instructions could use updating.
Well the instructions on how to set up the fan blades are TERRIBLE, but Support did pick up the phone and did help us figure out the problem. Fan runs well, but if it's not pumping air for you, you need to flip over the fan blades.

Perfect for our deck over the grill to help cool the cook and keep the air flowing. Holding up well outdoors.

Does not work on wall power switch - noisy - poor customer service
The media could not be loaded. Purchased two of these 20” wall-mounted oscillating fans for our outdoor patio.Had them professionally installed by Electrician into new 110v power receptacles. They function OK but are quite noisy.Main issue: they are manufactured with power cable large fault trip box as a power plug which is very problematic. That large fault trip power plug does not fit in outdoor weather proof cover box which is not good and not expected. This type of power plug trips every time we turn on or off the power at the wall switch. We were told “it is not designed to work off a switch” which makes no sense. No photos or any indication of this is defect was on the company’s website advert for this unit. The power plug/fault trip is 4“ x 3“ large, so it is enormous compared to a regular plug. The fault switch trips and kills the power every time we try to switch the power onto the fan by a regular wall switch. Our last email to manufacturers went unanswered. We now question isf a 110v regular plug unit can have UL listing if it trips when turned on by a simple toggle power on/off switch. No email response received from tlmsupply / iLiving company so we will log this on all sites available.Amazon listened to our concern and advised we could return due to the “defect” - their terms. We contacted the Fan company’s technical service and were told that they were designed Not to work on a regular power switch, we’re talking about a wall off on toggle switch. We asked them what can be done about this, and they never responded to our email. Now we’re stuck with them because we have no alternative other than to remove from the wall mount and return to Amazon and Amazon agrees with us that it qualifies as a defect.Cost of electrician to install and now cost to uninstall several hundred dollars ($300) on top of $130 per fan price. BEWARE!

Just what I needed.
These are fantastic. Best money I've spent this year. I bought 3 to mount in an otherwise still, hot, and large garage. On the low setting, these move all the air I need. They aren't crazy loud, although I'd take airplane noises if it meant not boiling to death. Mounting was easy. 1 arrived broken, but the seller refunded and I bought a replacement with no problems. I've only had them for 2 months, so I can't attest to their longevity, especially in a salty environment like ours, but so far, I highly recommend.

Good fan - Needs some minor improvements
This fan is solid overall, but with a couple of affordable upgrades, I was able to enhance its functionality significantly.Positives:1. Impressive Fan Speed: Delivers strong airflow, effectively cooling the space.2. Easy Installation: The mounting hardware is straightforward and user-friendly.3. Oscillating Feature: Provides excellent coverage with smooth oscillation.4. Aesthetically Pleasing: Sleek design complements various room styles.Negatives and Fixes:1. Tilt Adjustment Screw: The tilt mechanism requires a screwdriver, making adjustments very inconvenient.• Fix: Purchased a $5 M5 x 14mm stainless steel knobs for tool-free adjustments.2. Short Pull Chain: The included metal chain is too short, and the attached string extension tends to get caught in the fan blades.• Fix: Replaced it with a $5 longer metal chain designed for ceiling fans for safer, more convenient operation.Final Thoughts: While the fan performs well, these minor design flaws could have been addressed by the manufacturer to improve user experience without additional cost. Since I had already installed the fan, I opted to make these upgrades rather than disassemble and return it. With these fixes, the fan meets my expectations, but it’s frustrating to spend extra time and money to resolve issues that could have been avoided.
