Not broken
I was iffy about buying this item because the reviews said they come broken and in bags, but mine came in a box and was 100% okay no cracks or scratches 👍🏻

I use it daily
Its super cute and works well (i mean its a cup ) only downside is cleaning because its oddly shaped so its a little harder to clean but i love it!

Beautiful but defective
As much as I LOVED the idea of this mug, it came chipped. Amazon did recommend calling the manufacturer but the number that Amazon provides and the one they have on their website is one of those SCAM NUMBERS that does nothing but try to sell you insurance.I requested a replacement from Amazon directly and the second mug was chipped too. I guess Amazon did not want to try again and now I will have to go and return the second cup for a refund.No bucket of axolotls for me.

This product was amazing it was adorable and my daughter loved it but it had just a little chipped of paint but over all I loved it. 😇

Don't order
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this axololt mug and it came broken I ask for a new one and that one also came broken. The package has no fragile label on the package so it came broken.
