It's been very helpful
As a writer, the amount of typing and clicking is excessive. Especially using a mouse on a computer seems to be harmful to my hand knuckles, and it becomes painful. I've found that using this tape on my knuckles can significantly reduce the pain. This tape gives me support and alleviates joint pain, so I can work without agonizing. Since I don't need wrist pain, I cut them up. It's been a great solution for me.

Ok but no the best
This tape didn't stick well. I've tried several brands and although this is precut it didn't last even a few hours. I did prep my skin but that didn't seem to help much.

Don’t waste your time and money buying these. They do not work at all.

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to The Carpal Tunnel Solution braces, but they didn't support as well.

The product dont work, becarefull because is too strong adhesive, and painfull went you try to take away
