I did not use this for a chair, I used this for another project and it worked for my needs.

Looks promising
These were long enough for my needs and had the right strange connectors that I needed for the chair controller I was given. I didn't have the complete chair, but am reconfiguring some custom seating from lift chair parts that were missing the actuator. Still don't know how well the actuator works because the remote needs fixing too.
