Love this !! I have one at work and home
This is great ! I purchased to be mobile between work and home with my laptop. It’s perfect! It’s easy to set up and easy to move. After a storm; sometimes I have to unplug it to reset. Otherwise it’s perfect.. I have dual screen and it’s easy and performs perfectly. It’s a great investment Into your office. It’s relatively small and easy to make your desk remain clean and sleek.

I considered getting the Dell WD19S 180W docking station, but one customer review stated that, while it worked, it was not getting 180 watts (he tested it). So I wanted to get this Dell Thunderbolt™ Dock – WD22TB4, even though it was more expensive. It is, simply put, a very robust docking station, especially with USB-C ports. It seems like hardware is moving away from USB-A and towards USB-C. This doc has two USB-C Thunderbolt (powered) ports, one USB-C non-powered port, and one USB-C display port. While I haven't checked every port out, I have hooked my big monitor into the USB-C display port, I could get rid of my laptop power supply and cord since I plugged this doc right into one of my laptop's two USB-C ports (which powers the laptop). I have an ethernet cable from my router which plugs into the Ethernet RJ45 port. I have several USB-A devices plugged into the dock. Everything works fine, as I would have hoped.

Ethernet port was problematic.
Ethernet port does not get recognized by windows on start up, to use it, I had to unplug the dock from PC and replug it back in.My PC is a Dell XPS 13 plus, which should be fully capable with this dock. But I noticed the Ethernet connection is not picked up and PC is only connected to WiFi. Going into device manager, Ethernet adapter is hidden and event shows “this device had a problem starting.”Unplugging and replugging while PC is on fixes the problem. Device manage recognizes the Ethernet port and connection is normal.Updated PC bios; uninstalled and reinstalled network driver from both dell and intel multiple times; reset net work settings twice; installed dock driver from dell; turned off power efficiency settings; executed several command prompts to renew IP and network settings; restored PC to earlier versions.None of the above solved the problem.Returning and buying a new dock to see if the new dock still has the problem. If so it might be an issue needed resolving from dell. If new dock solves the problem then it should be just a hardware issue with my current dock. Will update comment once the new dock arrives.UPDATE:New dock arrived without Ethernet port problem. First dock was likely a faulty unit.

Quad-screen Dock!
I bought this for my home office use specifically to run 3 monitors and a Wacom Cintiq Pro (pen display). I had another Dell dock that I had thought would be able to run 3 monitors and would still allow me to hookup the Wacom display directly to the laptop, but it turned out to have a faulty display port.I checked Dell.com and found where this dock supports quad-displays, which made me question the truth. I have worked in IT for 8yrs and have seen similar claims from Dell docks to be disappointed. However, this dock does actually deliver the quad-display support!I’d have attached a picture, but since I have two socks that are hooked up to a KVM in addition to a Cisco switch, the monitors and pen display on my desk… it would be a bit confusing to the uninitiated.
