Nice vest!
We bought two of these vests because we had a very close call last week Trout Fishing. My nephews wader belt was not tight at all causing his waiters to fill with water. Started looking into safety fishing vests. These vests are pretty darn awesome. They have foam panels to help with flotation and they have more pockets than you can possibly need for gear. Between a tight wading belt, one of these vests and a wading stick we are a lot safer then we previously were. We don’t plan to go in water past our waist, but falling into a hole is something you need to be careful of. I like the way these vests look they feel good are very adjustable and I don’t think I’ll be going fishing without them.

Too many pockets but
But nothing, too many Gear Head pockets and the zippers are cheap. It does float and is camouflage making it hard for the Game Warden to find me after chasing me through the woods.

Works
Like all of the pockets and works well for a kayak. Sometimes it can feel bulky but does not get too hot in spring/summer heat. You may notice the bulk when you go to cast a long and precise cast. It can feel like it interferes with the motion and mess up your cast.

Good Design and Comfort
Very good pockets and versatile. You won't need a tackle box trout, panfish, or crappie fishing. Stuff the pockets full with small plastic boxes and go. And safe as well.

The one we have left after are dog got a hold of the other one works well will buy again to replace the one the dog ate
