The freezer section seems to occupy more space than necessary, which could have been better utilized in the refrigeration compartment. Additionally, the tray height in the refrigeration area is a bit low, making accessibility somewhat inconvenient. On a positive note, its cooling and freezing functions are impressive, keeping food fresh—including green vegetables. It's ideal for a family of 3-4 in terms of capacity. However, I did notice a few dents upon delivery. Overall, if you're looking primarily to freeze items, this fridge could be a great fit for you!

Looking good and cooling so fast

I think the freezer part has taken lot more space than required. That space could have been used in the refrigeration compartment. Furthermore, the height at which the trays in the refrigeration compartment are placed, it is a lil low, so it isn't that comfortable.Talking about the freezing and refrigeration ability, it is quite good. The food stays fresh, even the green vegetables. Capacity is decent for a family of 3-4.However, the fridge was received with few dents.All in all, if you have more things to freeze than you can go for it.

Please`Samsung ka koi bhi product na le. phir bhi aap koi product le rahe hai our koi power related problem aati hai waranty priad mai bhi to company engineer visiting charge lete hai our jo electric part damage hua hai uska charge bhi lete hai .Maine Amazon se freeze liya 22/10/24 ko our power related problem aaya 24/05/25 ko joki 1year waranty priad mai hai . Samsung customer care se maine Bat kiya ki mara freeze abhi warranty priad mai hai phir bhi aap log charge le rahe hai to customer care Wale ne bola charge dena parega .Phir aap log hi bateye ki warranty mai kya hai. Very poor service.

So this is the cheapest value for money fridge I was in a rented house so took it. . The only big issue is the freezer compartment door is a lot bigger than the lower compartment door which is at around 4 ft from the base. The lower door will come to your mid chest max if u are say 5.8”. , as a result of this design , senior citizens will have to bend down every time they want to remove something from the non freezer compartment. So removing a jar of milk after bending down is challenging. This is a big negative if your mother is using it all the time. If u buy a fridge for your parents. My advice is to buy bottom mounted freezer so that the non dresser compartment comes up and one can easily Open the door and see things at eye level.
