I have been a decade-long user of Forest Essential product until a recent experience after which I am never ever buying their products. I recently purchased their body cream, which turned out to be contaminated or spoilt evidenced by yellowish color and strange odor, and also causing my body to itch when applied. I complained online and submitted all the evidence - product image, bill, expiry date. Their customer service responded by saying it’s fine and to continue using the product despite itching sensation. They would not refund me for the cream - their products are most expensive. It does show how much they care about supplying a good, safe product and how they treat loyal customers. So BEWARE and use at your own peril.
