Great Product, clothes are steamed well and come out feeling great :)It's a tad expensive, but the convenience and effectiveness is worth it

I definitely held off buying this item for quite a while as it's quite the investment, but I was fed up of ending up with huge piles of ironing. In short, I very rarely need to get the iron out anymore.The item itself takes up quite a lot room but that's ok for me personally as I keep it in a spare room, it does produce quite a lot of steam so it's important to keep the space well ventilated so that it doesn't encourage mould and other humidity related issues!In terms of the steaming, I find for the vast majority of clothes it makes them wrinkle free when using the included straighteners. However, there are some items that are not wrinkle free, especially after I've used our dryer setting on our washer dryer, but if I air dry my clothes, they're pretty much perfect every time. It does shirts really well.If you want perfectly crisp items every time, this probably isn't for you, but for me it does the job and saves me a lot of effort! You can only steam 3-5 items at a time so if you have a particularly busy household you might find it takes a while to get through everything, but again, for me it's fine!I'm really happy with it, only rated 4 instead 5 stars as it's not wrinkle free everytime!
