I got to say this product is amazing. The instructions say mount the charger piece under the desk and then try to find it with the leds until They are fully lit up and then carefully pull the sticker on the leds to give a guide for the pad. I did it in reverse as I wanted to have it in a specific spot. So I stuck the leds to the desk first and then moved the charger underneath the desk till they lit up and then carefully pushed it up to stick it underneath. Works perfectly, the only gripe I have is that the provided style type stickers will get bubbles form from the heat when it is charging your device

I have these installed (properly) under a ~31mm quartzite countertop, and they don't work at all. An iPhone 14 pro wont even detect it, and it, even after 15 minutes of slowly trying to move it around and get it placed perfectly . Extremely disappointing product, don't waste your time.

Much easier to install with the included locating tool than other cheaper models I have tried. It seems that getting the coil in the exact right position is crucial to function. Works great through a thick quartz countertop with a plastic case on my iphone. Charges surprisingly fast and it doesn't get overly warm. Very clean, fully enclosed charger as opposed to others with exposed circuit boards. Instructions are clear and easy to understand.

I was sceptical whether this would work with my desk because it's 2 inches thick. However, after a few minutes of tinkering I was able to get it to work. The only downside is that the wireless charging won't work when my phone case is on. Hopefully they will continue to improve upon this product.

The product worked well at first, but I must have gotten a defective one. I had previously posted a negative review about how it broke shortly after the 30-day return period and just left it at that. The seller, unprompted, reached out to me and gave me a refund.They clearly care about their customers and I will be happy to try this again.

Installed this in the shelves on my headboard. This is the only wireless "invisible" charger that I have found that fast charges and charges through the headboard consistently.The placement MUST be perfect for this product to work. The instructions clearly guide you on how to do this using the LED placement guide.I was worried with the negative reviews that this product was not going to live up to expectations but it has done great for me.I'm charging an S23 ULTRA with a dbrand case and skin through an approximately 35mm thick headboard.

Nice application

When I got this I was a little hesitant reading the instructions on this, but it is crazy easy to install. I have not used it enough yet to comment on the speed of charging, but I am hopeful. There area a handful of stickers that can go on top of the charging pad, to try to match the surface, but I decided to put it under my felt desk mat. I do have to remove my case when charging, but I assumed I would have to do this, as I have to with other wireless chargers. Overall I am very happy with this product currently, and will probably buy another to add to my desk at work.
