Feel like these help with my lower back problems, but as many others mention they are very tricky to swallow. I have to break them into two and then round the sharp edges with my nail or else they scrape all my throat as they pass down. For this reason I'm not sure if I would repurchase. May look at capsule versions next time.

Seems to work in keeping joints mobile only bad thing is that the tablets are huge and not so easy to swallow

these have improved my joints no end after being diagnosed with narrowing of the knee joint ( old age ) stops me from walking round like holly hobble, I'm impressed.

I've used these tablets for years and this is a really good value buy works out cheaper than the shops.180 tablets and one a day which makes this half a year's supply.However the cons are the tablets are very large which may make it hard for some people to swallow them.

I have taken different supplements for over 40 years to help with what life throws at me, something must work because I have never spent a night in hospital and I'm in my late sixties
