Very surprised. I didn't expect to like it so much. I put a little lemon and honey in the tea and it is very good. Does not overpower your drink. Mild and tasty. Is not bitter either. I eventually will be buying more.

I was SO excited to try this tea, but when I brewed it, it smelled horrendously like fish. My husband had to leave the room it was so pungent. I tried googling if this was normal for hawthorn tea to smell like this and couldn't find anything. My water is always fresh and filtered and considering I drink tea everyday and this has never happened before, I know it's not my water. I felt nauseous after only 3 sips due to the smell. The taste wasn't bad but since your smell makes up a bunch of your taste, I just couldn't go through with it.I'm disappointed I'm not allowed a refund. I'm going to try writing to the company to see if I can get a replacement and if this is normal.
