Love this watch. It’s great it holds a charge way longer than an iPhone watch. This watch has badges helps with health goals. Has themes and has sleep health and weight plans to help you with all your goals and needs.

I love this watch it works just like any smartwatch, the only let down is that I cannoy reply to any of the messages that come through. The battery life is amazing I havent have it on the charger for 3 days now and it is still working. The durability is insane it lets you know when there is water in the watch and how to removw it. I have been able to customize the screen background to show my 3 precious kids. I love it.

I was missing work related calls, texts and emails so I purchased this watch over a year ago and haven't missed a beat since! Used for 1.5 months and it’s dead. I wore in swimming and it started to flicker from screen to screen, randomly make calls, start activity tracking without me setting it up. Now it doesn’t even start up. I am pending feedback from the seller to replace it or refund me. Haven’t heard anything yet.

I've had my watch for 8onths # it works great. I do have trouble staying connected to Alexa, but that is due to my wifi. It has not lost battery power, as in needs charged more often, records my workout records & have used for phone calls & messages, etc. Very pleased with this purchase. I'm glad I chose this over one that cost 2 or 3 times more. For me, it is perfect.

I have been a Fitbit user since 2016. I have purchased several watches from the brand! Loved the app, loved the features, loved the support team, everything about it! My watch died after three years of use. I started to do some research. I came upon this watch and the reviews seemed to be inline with what I was looking for. The price was on point with my current budget and the features seemed to match. It came within 24 hours. The set up in the app was easy. After wearing the watch for almost 2weeks, I have to say it was a great decision to buy!!! I hope it lasts as long as my last Fitbit and continues to prove to be a great product!

I have charged the watch for 2 days, trying to figure out what’s wrong. It will not turn on. I pressed the button long to turn on. I have had watches for years and know what to do. Sorry I will have to send back.

Not super satisfied. I have never had a smart watch, but I own an iphone and a Mac computer--not totally technology challenged. I don't find this watch to be very intuitive. I really only bought it to track my heart rate while exercising. That being said, you can set it for the kind of exercise you're doing. I set it for swimming, but it wants me to do a medley of strokes, and I stick with one. The heart rate can be read on the screen and then you see this really small graph in the app. I didn't want to pay for a more expensive watch, but I think I'd rather have an AppleWatch.
