Pleased
Bought as I have laminate flooring and my flat is huge . This is great as I can sweep and mop quickly . Be careful ordering size as it is very wide .

Great for wet room
Just moved into a new house with a poorly constructed wet room. After a shower this mop is a dream as I can soak up all the excess water and squeeze it out through the shower drain leaving me with lovely dry floors. Comes with a replacement mop head, should you need it. Great item

The handle design is awful
The handle design is so disappointing! It is not long enough for me to use at 5'8", and the pole turns/twists as you manoeuvre the base mop, making it difficult to sweep around anything.It is a terrible design and wish I hadn't purchased this one!
