Doesn't work with the Lamy 2000 ballpoint
I bought this with the idea of using D1 type refills in a Lamy 2000 ballpoint which normally takes the M16 type, especially appealing to me as the Uni Jetstream is available as a D1 refill. The adaptor is well made and with a D1 inserted it is the exact length of the M16. However I discovered D1 refills are too wide for the tip of the Lamy 2000 - I tried a variety of makes of D1 (Lamy, Tombow, Monteverde, Uniball). I'm loath to try and widen the tip on the lamy 2000 as the metal is quite thin. On the packaging the adaptor is stated as working in the Lamy Safari, Lamy AL-star and Lamy Noto, it should be made clearer in the listing on Amazon what the limitations are.
