Carburetor Worked Great! just expect those smaller mains..

Rips harder than a 24mm cvk on my 52mm bore/head with 23/20 valves. 23mm valve sits on a 21mm port in order to seal. 26mm intake boot. Had to use the larger boot as the stock 150 boot is 22mm on the inside which is better, but too small on the outside to fit the 35mm od intake side of this carb.

I use this 24MM carb on some of the builds on the channel. It's easy to tune, jets are easy to swap out with its removable plug on the bottom of the bowl, and is a good size for the average mini bike build. Youtube BLACK66

Was almost impressed upon arrival but this thing is a hunk of scrap metal garbage. Venturi leaks like crazy. Constructed so cheaply that if you attempt to adjust any component the metal will literally sheer off instead of unscrewing correctly because my best guess is they used epoxy to seal the reservoir bowl combined with cheap tin metal just breaks on the seams. Do not buy. Plus doesn’t come with intake adapter like some similar priced kits.

Great budget upgrade for motorized bicycle. That being said I would urge customers to take note that it's a power jet carb, bit of a bigger to tune depending on your application. I lucked out in that my bike is silly over modified already so tuning was not too bad and so far motor isn't fried, but again if u have a little practice with carbs or atleast have some time to learn it's a great carb for the money.

The carburetor would’ve worked great I think..unfortunately it would NOT idle but would run pretty well from 1/4-4/4 throttleThis was my first atv carb so I started by changing the pilot jet reinstalled bowl, now it won’t allow fuel to get to the carb so… float stuckremove bowl, to find the float seat almost able to fall completely out the float has ended up being so bad I could not get it in adjustment so I’ll have to buy a new carburetor or at minimum a float that will work for this carburetor

Good cheap carb
