Having taken fish oil for years, I thought the capsules were fairly small and easy to swallow. Very good supplement with high quality fish oil, although the price (currently $38.99) is more than other fish oil supplements.

This Mannatech Omega-3 fish oil seems like a decent product overall. The omega-3 content from EPA and DHA is pretty good, providing 1000mg per serving. That's a solid amount. The 830 IU of vitamin D3 per serving is also nice, though I would prefer 2000iu.My main gripe is the price - it's on the expensive side compared to some other fish oil brands. The lemon flavor helps with swallowing the large softgels, which is a plus.Overall, it delivers quality omega-3s and some vitamin D, but you're paying a premium price.
