Worked flawlessly, so easy to use and descale a tankless water heater. What a great buy. I already had a gallon of white vinegar %5 plus 1 gallon of water brought that down to 2.5% acidity. And there has been a noticeable difference in heating and water pressure. I was expecting it to be loud but no it very quiet. I almost thought it was not working I had to check the return hose to make sure.

The shipping was fast. I had to return the first kit. The pump was broken. The seller sent the new pump in two days worked very well to flush my tankless water heater. Everything needed was in the kit is set for white vinegar.

A complete flushing kit with good instructions, ease of use and quality parts. Used on tankless hot water heater. Ease of hookup and power of 1/6 HP pump made job easy as well as a quality cleaning. As a DIY maintenance of appliances and other uses I am able to apply the kit towards, a Great Value and long lasting quality complete flushing kit.

I finally used this after having it a year. Somehow the handle on top of the sump pump was already broken despite being in a good amount of packaging. I also experienced the same thing as another reviewer, I had everything hooked up and it didn’t pump at all. I tried to briefly turn on the cold water like he did but it didn’t work. I disconnected it from the water heater and then tried to pump right into the bucket. After about 60 seconds it started pumping well. So I unplugged it, reconnected it, and it worked like a champ. Overall, it wasn’t quite the slam dunk I saw from other reviews but waaaay more cost effective than paying plumbers to do it for $200+ each year

Loved it! Instructions (plus some YouTube videos) really helped. Worked really well and I'm glad that I was able to clean out my tankless water heater!

I have 2 tanks. First flushed fine. During second flush, the pump started cutting off after about 20 minutes. After a few minutes it would come back on. Water in the bucket was hot although vinegar and water started cold. I suspect the pump was overheating and shutting itself dow. Instructions with the pump recommend vinegar and water mix. The instructions on their Amazon call for 100% vinegar.

This tankless water system pump and flush kit is outstanding. Its instructions make this impossible seeming project a simple task. I even bought a second kit for my other house. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use and a lot cheaper than a plumber!!
