My son loved his suitcase and we used it for two trips. We purchased this in July and it didn’t survive even a year. On the second trip it came in broken. This is not a cheap suitcase so we did expect it to be durable. Cheap plastic is notworth the money spent. Think twice before you purchase it.UPDATE: the seller contacted us to address the issue. I really appreciate a great customer service experience, support and effort to fix the problem. We received a new luggage peace instead of the broken one quickly. My son really loved his Spider-Man suitcase and we decided to give another try to this brand instead of taking a refund. It looks great and we hope that it will last for a while. We are ready for another adventure. I have changed my rating to five stars for the company’s effort, willingness to help and for a great customer service and prompt shipping. The product does look good but I will update on wear later. Thank you!

The first suitcase was dented in transit. The return was super easy and had the replacement quickly.My grandson loved it. There is ample room and it traveled well. Perfect size for a 7-8 year old.

This suitcase is smaller than expected but seems to be well-made. The pattern on the hard shell is cute.

Bought for my 8 yr old. He absolutely loves it. Easy to use. Roomy enough. I have no issues to date. We do a fair amount of travelling so I will update this review as needed.

Looks super cute minus all the plastic that I couldn’t get off. I spent over an hour trying to get off the plastic and then said forget it! This thing is extremely small. I could barely get one weeks worth of clothes in this thing for my little one. The zipper seems very sketchy. This is the first time using it and I am just praying it will last the trip. It seems to roll well, but it is definitely not worth the money. It seems very poorly made unfortunately. Cute looking though.
