Durable and comfortable.
These are amazing. They helped my heel pain to no end. I'm wearing them daily with 8 months (running inc) and they're still going strong. Highly recommend.

Head over heels
I get terrible heel pain 1st thing am & walking any distance. These definitely help with the walking bit, not a magic cure but around 50% - 75% reduction in pain due to the cushioning. They fit fine in my size 10 shoes, & don't slip around, you need a bit of wiggle room in your shoes in the 1st place as they will lift your feet making your shoes a touch tighter, you might get away with loosening your laces off & wearing thinner socks. Pricey but worth it.

It worked
After popping Ibuprofen and some paracetomol for a few days my Amazon order arrived , I tried to find a solution to my latest ache Plantar Fasciitis, I bought and ice pack and these wedges.I put the wedge in my left shoe this morning before going to work 8+ hours later , up and down all day in and out the van it helped a great deal, pushing out of the car and dipping down on the preasure part of my heel, Im not saying they are the cure but Ive walked about with virtually no pain at all ,the odd twinge thats it . .Obviously the big test was when you take the trainers /shoes off see if they ache returns , well theyve been of for about 4 hours now no aches or pains, as of yet, no pain killing tablets taken either ., all in all Im delighted with these wedges ,I bought them purely on reviews and with a little bit of research. If Im truthful I thought £17 was a bit steep TBH just paying for the name Dr Scholl`s etc , I bought these wedges hoping the pain would go away thankfully it did , £17 well spent IMO I hope it works for you .

Works okay if positioned just right
When I first tried them I found them uncomfortable and a bit strange, and they didn't help the pain. I thought maybe it was because they are suitable for size '8' (whatever sizing that is) feet, and I take a size 9.5-10 (UK size) shoe. So I pushed them further forward in my shoe, which seems to be better. They work on and off for me. Sometimes they work great and my feet are pain-free for longer or the pain is lessened, other times the pain is the same. Sometimes on days when they work well and I take my shoes off for a minute, the pain returns quicky when I put them on again, leading me to believe that their effectiveness depends on getting their positioning JUST RIGHT, which is very difficult (I just guess and hope for the best).

Great product, especially for plantar fasciitis
It’s soft enough for plantar fasciitis but gives good support to the arch as wellFits easily into trainers or regular shoes. Quality product great value for money it will last a long time

found at last
I have these already and wanted a newer pair as I keep swapping them into whatever shoe I'm wearing. I wasn't sure if they'd be the same ones; I didn't want foam ones, gel (sweaty) or full length as they squash my toes. I love these as they are squashy but firm rubber with a softer top coating, stay put in the shoe, and don't absorb odours (washable). They have a great thickened arch support that's not excessive in height and the front fades to being thin so you don't end up with a sore line mid foot. The pair I already have lasted 3 years without eroding. Now I will order a few more pairs...
