I purchased this in the hope that it would remove Biro ink from my daughter's nursing uniform. A biro had leaked whilst in her top pocket! I followed the directions exactly and although ink did pass onto the clean cloth placed under the stain, the stain remained as obvious as ever. I used two of the bottles in a desperate attempt to get this to work but alas - it didn't. Just a tip if you try this, take care when you apply the liquid to the stain because if your cloth beneath it is not large enough or placed correctly, the ink will run onto anything it touches so you can end up with another ink stain from the initial one, but on a different area of the garment. Especially when dealing with pockets! Very disappointing although to be fair, there must be all sorts of ball pen ink, but it didn't work on ours. A new uniform is the only answer...

Only worked to limited extent. Disappointing

I've always found this incredible. I often get biro stains on stock from whoever careless fool put them there. This product may take a few tiny applications but it does work & removes completely. The 'curry one works on pasta sauce removing completely after a few drip applications still needs a number of applications in small drips but it works. I'm going to try the larger 150ml All purpose too.It's a shame it doesn't work immediately & some biro stains are more persistent than others between 3 to 7 separate small drip applications usually does it.
